You will receive NO REFUND WITHIN 48 HOURS of a reservation. If you arrive late for your scheduled tour, we will try to accommodate you on the next tour on the same day however, we cannot guarantee availability for tours outside of your reservation time. You will be responsible to pay the difference between the tour you want to join and the tour you book if the tour you join is more expensive. We will gladly reschedule your activity reservation prior to the 48 hour cancellation period at no extra cost. If tour is cancelled due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, you will receive a full refund for that tour.
Please be aware that these bookings are subject to confirmation. If this is a same-day or next-day booking, there is a reasonable chance this will not be confirmed. For bookings that are confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds.
Definitely an off-road adventure, you will get dirty and wet! You will also be jostled around, this is not a tour if you have any back or neck injuries. We also don't recommend this tour for our elderly guests. You will be required to sign a waiver before starting this tour and the tour operator reserves the right to refuse anyone from participating in this activity (with a full refund of course).
