To cancel any tour purchased online and to receive my authorized cancellation number, I must call 1-800-817-1234 by 7 AM (Hawaii Standard Time), no less than 3 days prior to tour date, in order to be eligible for a refund. No refund for no shows.

No wheelchairs or walkers permitted (small or collapsable cane okay).
Warning and caution to passengers with heart conditions or asthma, please note that Haleakala and helicopter tours will be above 10k feet.
For helicopter tours:
Guests 240 to 290 lbs per person or any 2 persons combined weight of over 420 lbs.- additional comfort seat charge will apply.
Guests over 290 lbs.- additional comfort seat charge will apply.
Guests must be ambulatory. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted. Tour operator will deny participation to Guests arriving in wheelchairs or electric scooters.
* Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks or generators, may not participate.
* Child car seats are provided complimentary.
* Guests are must wear closed toe shoes.
* Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably, and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, hat, jacket or light cover-up for variable weather conditions.
* Guests are encouraged to bring currency to purchase optional extras, such as souvenirs.
* You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip in recognition of exceptional service in restaurants, taxis and for excursion guides and drivers. It is always up to you to determine the amount.
