Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds are available once a tour has commenced.


Last Minute Bookings

Please be aware that these bookings are subject to confirmation. If this is a same-day or next-day booking, there is a reasonable chance this will not be confirmed. For bookings that are confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds.


Restrictions

We are not responsible for delays, roadblocks, and interruptions along the Road to Hana. Due to flash flood warnings, rockslides, and other forces of nature, completing the full tour may not be possible and is not guaranteed to conditions beyond our reasonable control. Swimming is only permitted under safe conditions. If water is rough or choppy, we do not allow you to swim.

Please note: This tour is NOT recommended for guests traveling with children, expectant mothers or elderly passengers as there are not refreshments or restroom stops along the return half of the tour. We do not recommend this tour if your guests are afraid of heights due to the narrow Cliffside portion of the highway.
