Minimum Guest Requirements Tours require a minimum of 4
passengers to proceed (with the exception of private tours). You are
not required to register a party of four passengers; but at least four
total passengers must book in order for the tour to proceed. If the
passengers count is not met, we will contact you within 72 hours of your
scheduled tour to make arrangements to move your reservation to another
date (when possible), upgrade you to a private tour, or process a
refund.
Cancellation occurring prior to 72 hours will be
eligible for a refund of tour fare. Cancellation occurring between 72
and 48 hours of tour will receive a 50% refund of tour fare. Any
cancellation occurring within 48 hours of tour date will not be eligible
for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you arrive late
for pickup and miss the bus for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel
tours due to unsafe weather or unfavorable roadways. Consideration for
such circumstances is determined by the Owners and Tour Guides. At time
of tour cancellation due to said circumstances, all available efforts
will be taken to notify the scheduled customers; including call, email
or text.
Note: Passengers that appear to be intoxicated
at beginning of tour, at the discretion of the Tour Guide, will not be
allowed on the tour and no refund will be applied.
Please be aware that these bookings are subject to confirmation. If this is a same-day or next-day booking, there is a reasonable chance this will not be confirmed. For bookings that are confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds.
* When you arrive at Maui Topical Plantation, please turn left into the lot and park near the Maui Craft Tours van. Your Tour
Guides be on property at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
* Please meet your Tour Guide at the van to check in before heading in to the coffee house.
* We do not allow any outside beverages or beverage containers on the van - please leave your water bottles at home or in your
car. We will provide you with a sweet souvenir cup and ice water throughout the day!
* Please make sure you arrive by 8:30am to get checked in. This will give you time to get your complimentary coffee from Mill
House Roasting Co. and explore the Plantation. We will leave promptly at 9:00am .
