Minimum Guest Requirements: If the passenger minimum count is not met, we will contact you within 72 hours of your
scheduled tour to make arrangements to move your reservation to another date (when possible), upgrade you to a private tour
(for an additional cost), or process a refund.
Cancellation occurring prior to 72 hours will be eligible for a refund of tour fare. Cancellation occurring between 72 and 48
hours of tour will receive a 50% refund of tour fare. Any cancellation occurring within 48 hours of tour date will not be eligible
for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you arrive late for pickup and miss the bus for any reason. Maui Craft
Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather or unfavorable roadways. Consideration for such circumstances
is determined by the Owners and Tour Guides. At time of tour cancellation due to said circumstances, all available efforts will
be taken to notify the scheduled customers; including call, email or text. Passengers that appear to be intoxicated at beginning
of tour, at the discretion of the Tour Guide, will not be allowed on the tour and no refund will be applied.
Please be aware that these bookings are subject to confirmation. If this is a same-day or next-day booking, there is a reasonable chance this will not be confirmed. For bookings that are confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds.
* All guests must be 10+ to participate in our tours; 21+ to participate in any alcohol tastings. (Note: Minors are not allowed
in Distillery Tasting Room) [All ages welcome if booking a private tour; minor restrictions still apply]
* We do not allow any outside beverages or beverage containers on the van - please leave your water bottles at home or in your
car. We will provide you with a sweet souvenir cup and ice water throughout the day!
